If you are located outside of the Netherlands, please follow step 1 - 5. If you are located in the Netherlands, please begin at step 3 (RMA number is not necessary).

Send an email to repair@pfm-intelligence.com and request an RMA number.
You will receive an RMA number within 1 work day.
